Good Meat Club is essentially a monthly meat CSA share that offers our grass-fed beef paired with other high-quality, locally grown meats. We partner with other Vermont regeneraitive farmers to bring you healthy, delicious cuts, and give you tips on how to cook it too! Two sizes are available and pickup is monthly at our farmstand (10643 Route 116, Hinesburg).
The Meat Approximately two-thirds of each share will be our very own grass-fed beef. You can learn more about the management of our herd here. The other third will be a another local, pasture-raised meat that will rotate through chicken, pork, lamb, fish, and occasionally something to push your culinary boundaries a little like rabbit, duck, turkey, and/or goat! There will be some flexibility within the shares to accommodate your palate, but you should love beef if you decide to join!
Timing and Pick-up Shares will be available for pickup in a freezer in our farmstand starting on the first of the month (starting July 1st, 2022!). Good Meat Club members can pick up at their convenience until the 15th of the month. We will send reminder emails along with invoices for payment each month.
Sizes and Pricing Standard ($120): A mix of our grass-fed beef and one other meat type each month totaling approximately 10lbs. Example: 2lbs ground beef, 2lbs stew meat, 2lbs ribeye steak, 2lbs pork roast, 1lb bacon, 1lb pork sausage links

Every month we will invoice members for their club share and if skipping a month is needed, it's not a problem. Once a member signs up we will assume they would like to subscribe monthly unless we hear otherwise. We aim for prices to be 10% less of the retail prices in our farmstand. Along with your invoice each month, you'll get information about the meat, the farms it is coming from, and tips and/or recipes for cooking your cuts.
Good Meat Club will be capped at 40 members to begin with, so snag your spot now!
