Spring Medley CSA
Our Spring Medley CSA Share comes in one size and contains pre-selected fresh items each week. Much of the share will be greens grown in our hoophouses, with the occasional early spring crop like radishes, raab, or scallions. The greens you can expect are: spinach, claytonia, kale, Asian greens, lettuce, arugula, and others. Additionally, we will buy in other local crops like beets, carrots, potatoes, onions and other storage veggies to round out the share. All vegetables will be certified organic and Vermont-grown.
Pickups are at the farmstand on Mondays from 3-7pm. This share runs for 8 weeks from March 24th through May 12th.
